Primordial Deities
Chaos was the first of the Primordial Deities. He created Gaia, Nyx, Tartarus and others.
Tartarus is the personification of the place 'Tartarus' which was the worst place in the Underworld.
Gaia is the personification of the Earth. She was the mother to the Earth and all the Universe; the heavenly gods, the Titans, and the Giants.
God of Love, Procreation and Sexual Desire. He is either a son of Aphrodite, making him a minor god, or a child of Chaos, making him a primordial god.
God of Darkness. Consort to Nyx.
Nyx is the goddess of the Night. She is mother to many powerful gods and appears very rarely in mythology.
God of the heavenly light and upper air, which the gods of Olympus breathed.
Hemera is the Primordial Goddess of Day.
